Context
Mrs. Page and Mrs. Ford received identical love letters from Sir John Falstaff. The women decide to play pranks and humiliate Falstaff in retaliation for not only propositioning them, but also attempting to get both women at the same time. They enlist the help of Mistress Quickly to tell him that Mrs. Ford is flattered, and wants to have a rendezvous with Falstaff very soon.
