Synopsis

Homer's mythical tale of Penelope and Ulysses is relocated to the small town of Angel's Roost in Washington State in the first decade of the 20th Century, during the years of the Spanish-American War. The show satirizes cultural attitudes and icons of the time and place, and is entirely sung and danced through.
