Overview

Synopsis

A young man falls in love with his longtime girlfriend's childhood best friend. In a series of scenes, we see, along with the man, what would have happened had he confessed his attraction to his girlfriend at different times in the relationship under different circumstances. Each variation sees him ask the question: is there any way this can turn out well? Taking place in the present day, the play journeys through their relationships in the four years leading up to it.
