Synopsis

Samantha and the Glass Ceiling tells the story of a talented career woman stuck in a rut. Samantha Morgan is a lingerie designer who is struggling to be accepted and promoted for her talent in a lingerie company where men hold all the top positions. She tries to hide her beauty from her male coworkers as she fears that she will be viewed differently by them and her ambition will be ignored. Samantha vies for a promotion against a misogynist male coworker, whose old-fashioned mindset is further encouraged by her even more misogynist boss. After her secretary encourages her to meet with a motivational speaker, Samantha learns how to embrace her femininity, break the glass ceiling, and still rise to the top of the corporate ladder.
