Synopsis
A man gets his wife a puppy for Christmas, when all she asked for was a divorce.
Bill and Jennifer's marriage has been struggling for several years. Bill's work has meant that he is often absent from their home, and Jennifer has finally had enough. Despite telling Bill that she is leaving him, Bill thinks that buying her a puppy at Christmas will solve all their problems. Frustrated, Jennifer tells her husband that he has never been there for her and, as a result, she has met someone else. Jennifer leaves Bill alone at Christmas with the puppy and divorce papers.
