PICO DE GALLO is a comedy / cabaret style show that deals with the “Melting Pot” that is the United States and how ultimately what brings all of our different cultures together is FOOD! Welcome to PICO DE GALLO Restaurant, open for business 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Come meet “Chula Cholula”, PICO DE GALLO Restaurant’s owner as she introduces the different wacky characters who visit the restaurant regularly. Meet "Señor Queso", "Reverend Jambalaya Dumplin", "La Chacha-cha– Psychic-Curandera" extraordinaire to the “peoples” and many others!
