Overview
Synopsis
Bake Sale is an exploration of the economics of female sexuality and the choices women make in concert and as individuals...with baked goods. Four women - Dana, Mae, Julia, and Lila - have all arrived to set up their stalls at the bake sale. Before and during the sale, the women discuss what they have brought to sell and their different philosophies on how to sell their goods. This play is based on a series of scientific articles.
