Carla Frias is an emerging Portuguese soprano, currently based in Lisbon. Studied
at Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa (ESML), where she obtained her
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Classical Singing with consistently high
marks.Carla has learned from some of the most distinguished classical singing teachers
in masterclasses, including the esteemed soprano Anna Samuil, the acclaimed
American soprano Melody Moore, and the renowed soprano Helen Lawson.
Her talent has been recognized through awards and scholarships. She was a
Fundação GDA (Artists Rights Management) scholarship holder in 2017 and was
awarded a 2nd Prize as the Verão Clássico Festival in Lisbon in 2021.
