Kate Roth
Performer, Fan, Actor, Singer
Kate Roth, 14, has always been interested in the theatre world. Aside from taking acting classes for a short time in 2014-2015, Roth didn't begin actively performing until the fall of 2017 when she performed in her first show with her local park district (James and the Giant Peach as Mrs.Trotter and ensemble.) In the past two and a half years, she has performed in 9 local and school shows, including: Freaky Friday as Katherine Blake; Curtains as Carmen Bernstein; and Beauty and the Beast as Babette. She has also acted in a few short films, including a finalist the 2019 48 hour film competition at the Peoria Riverfront Museum. Roth plans to continue with theatre through her school career, and possibly go down a path of theatre education.
