ABOUT Nuri

Hello and welcome to my StageAgent page! I've performed a variety scenes and monologues as a student at Temple University, studying under Professors Melanie Julien and Lynne Innerst. My work has ranged the heightened text of Molière and Shakespeare, to modern dramas like Christina Anderson's Blacktop Sky. I've portrayed characters that are very comical and over the top to those who are very intense and have everything to lose. I've also studied costume design under Professor Marie Anne Chiment. Under her guidance I've been the assistant costume designer for Temple Theater's production of Dance Nation and went on to design Chekhov Shorts, a collaborative project for the graduate directing students featuring scenes from 4 Chekhov plays.
