Our mission is to engage the community in learning by serving as an academic lab for Theatre Arts students as well as a cultural center for our community. Our multi-venue facility is host to a myriad of performance art and serves as a training center for actors and theatrical technicians. Onstage or backstage, theatre arts classes provide excellent hands-on experience in acting, set design and construction, lighting, props, costumes, and stage management. Whether you’re eager to explore theatre as a career, an avocation, or an interest, the Parkland Theatre Arts program offers you the chance to pursue your passion, find your talent, and develop skills that can enrich your life in theatre and beyond.
