Mission Statement: To provide southern California with professional theatre that includes Broadway Musicals, plays, readings and new works. It is our goal to increase arts awareness throughout the community and to nurture our youth with culture and education. We are committed to excellence, and bringing new life and demand to the arts.
In 2009, the Dawson family set out fulfill their dream of building a musical theater company and bringing the Broadway experience to Southern California. Presented with the unique opportunity to build an audience from the ground up, 3-D Theatricals opened its first season in 2009 at The Orange County Pavilion to an amazing reception by OC theatergoers. In 2011, we made the move to Fullerton’s Plummer Auditorium, and in 2012, began taking our shows to the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center. After 6 wonderful years in Fullerton, we were given the opportunity to become the resident theatre company at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts for their Broadway series starting in the fall of 2016.
