We believe in the power of live educational theatre. Why? Since 1978, The National Theatre for Children has delivered free programs into schools across the country in order to teach, entertain and inspire future generations to make our world an even better place — and it has worked. Since our first tour, more than 30 million students have attended our shows and learned how to make a positive difference in their lives and communities. Over the years, we have expanded our offerings to include not only live performances but other features such as digital games and activities, educational graphic novels, workbooks and teacher guides, as well as specialized classroom visits. Whether it’s superheroes defeating energy-wasting villains, or comedy sketches exploring the importance of financial literacy, we present an engaging program that’s not only a blast for your students, but also fits in with class curriculum and aligns with state educational standards.
