Charm City Players is a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization founded in 2011 to present year-round professional caliber children’s theatre entertainment and quality arts education to the greater Baltimore community.
Founders Stephen and Christina Napp provide over 50 years of combined experience in every aspect of theatrical performance and entertainment management.
