The Indiana Performing Arts Centre, (IPAD) was founded in September 2005, as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) in the city of Indianapolis to provide a permanent home for artist of color to perform. Our theatrical musicals and play enable those artists to explore, experience and present a wide-ranging variety of dramatic programs that reflect the significant canon of African-American artist, singers, dancer, actors, musicians and artistic to showcase their talent on stage.
