About Jenkintown Music Theater
Jenkintown Music Theatre has been bringing musical theater to Jenkintown and the surrounding area for over 70 years. What began as a yearly variety show has grown into one of the area's premier community theater groups.
Incorporated as a non-profit group in late 2013, Jenkintown Music Theatre is proud to provide financial support to the Jenkintown School District.
Long-time JMT directors Dolly and Frank Kuykendall were at the JMT helm for over 60 years and laid the foundation on which JMT continues to build. We are honored to perform in the Kuykendall Auditorium at JHS, which was named in recognition of their years of dedication to Jenkintown.
