About Youth Musical Theatre
For nearly two decades, the Youth Musical Theatre program has provided outstanding live theatrical productions, with a dynamic cast of students, ranging in age from sixth through twelfth grade from numerous schools and neighborhoods in the West San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley, and Simi Valley areas. Our volunteer, non-profit (Youth Musical Theatre is a 501 (c) (3) organization) theatre company's mission is for our actors to work together to develop self-confidence and self-esteem while working towards a complex and concrete goal: an outstanding theatrical production! We are proud of our members and the many shows we have presented over the years including our recent productions of "Shrek the Musical", "Kiss Me Kate", "Ragtime", "Into the Woods", Les Miserables", "Anything Goes", "Carousel", and "Oliver".
