The Theatre Arts Company is open to all students (regardless of their grade point average). The club is designed to expose students to most aspects of theatre arts (acting, vocal projection, dance, choreography, direction, lighting, sound, props, costumes, sets, make-up, stage area, publicity, and fundraising
The club meets monthly for regular organizational meetings and a minimum of 4 times for Talent Show and numerous times for the Spring Musical.
Fundraising is necessary to cover licensing and production expenses for the Spring Musical. Typical fundraisers include: Belleville's Got Talent (or other talent-show performances), bake sales, advertising space in the playbill, & apparel. Monies raised fund: production expenses, senior scholarships, upgrades to light & sound system and the auditorium.
Donations from the civic organizations who use our auditorium are greatly appreciated.
