Brian Hill is a Canadian-American writer, director, and actor. He is half of the musical theatre team of Bartram and Hill. Along with Neil Bartram, Hill has written the book for Broadway’s The Story of My Life and The Theory of Relativity, which premiered Off-West End in 2015.
Other works by Hill include an English-language musical adaptation of Michel Tremblay’s Les Belles-Soeurs, a musical based on Ray Bradbury’s Something Wicked This Way Comes, and the upcoming stage production of Bedknobs & Broomsticks. He had worked as a director at the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, The Segal Centre, Goodspeed Musicals, and The Stratford Festival of Canada. Hill was the resident director for the Toronto and Broadway companies of The Lion King and the associate director for The Little Mermaid on Broadway.
