Celeste Raspanti is an American playwright who has written several full length and one act plays about the Holocaust. She has a special interest in the Holocaust and uses first-hand knowledge from visits to the camps as well as oral history from survivors themselves. She is a retired professor with published articles in several academic journals. Her other Holocaust dramas include No Fading Star, Where the Lillies Bloom, The Terezin Promise, as well as the full length and musical versions of I Never Saw Another Butterfly.
