Kellie Powell is the author of several well-known plays which have been performed all over the United States and abroad. Love Creek Productions in NYC has produced her full-length play, Doubt and Frisbee, as well as many of her one-acts and ten-minute plays. Her work has also been produced in NYC by Art International Radio, La Petite Morgue, and Panic Room Playwrights, and by Improper Fractions in New Dehli, Wet Carpet Theatre in London, Stone Soup in Seattle, the Women's Theatre Project in Florida, the Atlantic Fringe Festival in Nova Scotia, and by numerous schools, festivals, and non-profit organizations. She is the founder of the Monologue Database and These Aren't My Shoes Productions. She is a graduate of Illinois State University, and currently resides in upstate New York.
