Carson Kreitzer
Carson Kreitzer is an American Playwright currently living and working in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She graduated from Yale with a B. A. in theatre and drama and received an M. F. A. from the Michener Center for Writers at University of Texas, Austin. Kreitzer has been a resident playwright with New Dramatists and has also received multiple grants, awards, and fellowships to support her career in dramatic literature. She has written at least 13 plays, including the Women Who Kill tryptich (Heroin/e (Keep Us Quiet), Valerie Shoots Andy, and Self Defense, or death of some salesmen), The Love Song of J. Robert Oppenheimer, Flesh and the Desert, Behind the Eye, and Lasso of Truth.
