Simeon, 39, is the oldest son of Ephraim Cabot and his first wife in Eugene O’Neill’s tragic drama, Desire Under the Elms. Simeon and his brother Peter are very similar. Both of the same mother, they hold discomfort and some hostility towards their half-brother Eben.
