Context
Annie is Chet and Ellen Pazinski’s 16-year-old daughter. She’s slightly overweight and struggles with overeating. This scene takes place late at night. Ellen was awakened by some commotion and found her son Eddie sneaking around. Eddie ran away after a fight with Chet. He now tells Ellen that he beat up a neighborhood boy who’s been telling people that Annie undresses in front of her window with the shades open on purpose. Annie happens to come out from the bathroom after Eddie leaves.
