Context
Vince has brought his girlfriend Shelly to visit his estranged grandfather, Dodge. Having just come to after passing out on the couch, Dodge says he doesn’t recognize Vince. Shelly is left scared and confused, realizing that Vince’s description of his family is nothing like the people in front of her.

Vince: Just a second. (To Dodge) Grandpa, look, I just got here. I just now got here. I haven’t been here for six years. I don’t know anything that’s happened.
