I Love You Because

Musical

Overview

Synopsis

I Love You Because is a modern love story told through the eyes of four New Yorkers as they navigate the minefield of love in a big city. After two disastrous breakups, Marcy and Austin find themselves working together to reunite Austin with his girlfriend, but naturally, things don’t go as planned. Underscored by fun and witty music, I Love You Because shows us what happens if you let go of your expectations and open your heart to what life really has to offer. Based on Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, a small but mighty cast of six take the stage to show the different ways love can present itself when you least expect it.
