Synopsis

Set in a Lebanon prison, Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me is a haunting and moving play about the power of brotherhood and resilience in the struggle for survival. The play follows three men of different nationalities as they endure the psychological and physical effects of imprisonment and attempt to maintain their own sense of identity and nationality. With only each other, some gallows humor, and their imaginations to rely on, the men grapple with their own mortality and the grim reality of their own situation in this deeply painful and poignant psychological drama.
