ABOUT Katie

​Born and raised in a small town in Alberta, Canada, I moved to Los Angeles after high school to study Musical Theatre at the American Musical and Dramatics Academy (AMDA). My love for musicals and acting started after my first trip to New York in 2013 when I saw “Phantom of the Opera”. I've performed in shows such as “The Mad Ones” (Beverly), “Into the Woods” (Rapunzel), and “Cinderella” (Cinderella), along with numerous Cabarets and Variety shows. Some dream roles of mine include a gender-bent Tony (Toni) from “West Side Story”, Girl from “Once”, and Natasha from “The Great Comet of 1812”. Alongside theatre, music is my biggest passion, being a concert-level pianist, a drummer, singer, and guitar/ukulele player. I also love to ski in the wintertime!
