ABOUT Nancy

I have been lucky enough to live my life centered in the theatre. During my long acting career, I lived and worked in NYC for over a dozen years and Hollywood after that. Now living in Oregon with my husband Laurence Overmire, I teach my signature adult acting courses Playing With Shakespeare, How to Tell Your Story the Professional Actors Class, the Comedy Class and many more at Lakewood Center for the Arts, where I also direct mainstage plays (e.g., Agatha Christie's Murder on the Nile, Wait Until Dark and a premiere Fertile Ground staged reading of A Woman in Washington's Army). A strong proponent of arts education, I provide arts residencies through Oregon Children’s Theatre to schools throughout the area. See my website, jugglingfeathers.com for more information.
