Roger Rapoport’s Old Heart has received two Michigan Humanities Grants. His films Waterwalk, Pilot Error and Coming Up for Air has won a dozen best feature awards at festivals around the world. His novel Searching for Patty Hearst, published in January 2004 has received national attention in the Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, San Francisco Chronicle and National Public Radio Stations. His writing has appeared in the Atlantic, the Los Angeles Times, Wired, STAT News, the Miami Herald, and many other publications.
